We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai. The CKO will be responsible for overseeing the knowledge management strategy and initiatives within the organization, with the goal of improving operational efficiency, promoting innovation, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize critical knowledge assets within the organization and implement systems to capture, store, and disseminate this knowledge effectively.
- Lead the development and implementation of knowledge sharing platforms and tools to facilitate collaboration and information exchange among employees.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, develop training programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, information technology, or a related field. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful knowledge management strategies and initiatives.
- Experience working with knowledge management systems and tools, such as document management software, collaboration platforms, and learning management systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
