We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Knowledge Operations Officer to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. As the Chief Knowledge Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the knowledge management strategy and operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy to enhance information sharing and collaboration across the organization.
- Establish processes and systems for capturing, organizing, and disseminating knowledge within the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Lead the development and implementation of knowledge management tools and technologies to support the organization's operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage a team of knowledge management professionals to ensure the successful execution of knowledge management projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, operations management, or a related field in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing knowledge management initiatives in a corporate setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
