Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Analyst to join our dynamic team in the retail sector based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing high-quality service to our customers. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze claims submitted by customers to assess validity, eligibility, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including customer service, finance, and legal, to resolve complex claims and provide insights on claim trends.
- Investigate and gather data related to claims, including supporting documentation, customer communications, and relevant information from external sources.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate concerns to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
- Maintain accurate records of claims processed, including tracking status, outcomes, and any follow-up actions required.
- Prepare detailed reports on claims activity and trends for management review, highlighting areas for improvement in processes or policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to the claims process and guiding customers through the necessary steps.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in claims management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge in claims analysis and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in claims analysis, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and claims management software.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to claims processing in the retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
