We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Collection Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of outstanding debts from customers, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully reducing outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely payments from customers
- Monitor and track accounts receivable to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action
- Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues and disputes
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide regular updates to management
- Identify trends and patterns in customer payment behavior and recommend process improvements
- Train and mentor collection team members to improve performance and efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in collections management in the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
