We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commodity Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process for specific commodities within the organization. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for specific commodities to ensure cost savings and quality standards are met
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
