We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Customer Insights Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer data to provide valuable insights that will drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer insights strategy to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends.
- Utilize various data analytics tools and techniques to collect and analyze customer data from multiple sources, such as sales reports, surveys, and social media.
- Identify key customer segments and develop customer profiles to better target marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to leverage customer insights in decision-making processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for enhancing customer engagement and retention.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in market research, data analysis, or customer insights in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
