We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Knowledge Operations Officer to join our real estate company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management and operations within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of processes and systems to capture, organize, and share knowledge throughout the organization.
- Establish best practices for knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams and departments.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to knowledge management and operations, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in knowledge management and operations to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in knowledge management and operations within the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of implementing successful knowledge management strategies and initiatives.
- Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management and operations.
