We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry and a proven track record of managing call center operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor call center performance metrics and implement measures to enhance performance
- Train, mentor, and coach call center staff to ensure they meet performance targets
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures within the call center
- Develop and implement training programs for call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
