We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing call center operations within the consumer goods industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency
- Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management within the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
