We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products and services within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are met on time and within budget
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute campaign elements
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure campaign success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
