We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in campaign management within the energy industry and will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote products and services within the energy sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs
- Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including budget management, timeline adherence, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all campaign touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
