Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team in Al Ain. The Child Care Worker will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while their parents are at work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring their well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Help children with homework and school projects
- Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and field trips
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
