We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our team in Al Ain within the Pharmaceuticals industry. As a Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while their parents are receiving medical treatment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor children in the play area
- Organize and lead age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's activities and behavior
- Assist children with basic needs, such as feeding and diaper changing
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive environment for children
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a professional setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
- Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
