We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Program Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical operations programs to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials and studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies and plans to support the overall clinical development goals of the company
- Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical trials and studies, including budget management, timeline tracking, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of clinical operations programs
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical operations team, including training, mentoring, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all clinical operations activities
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful completion of clinical trials and studies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field; advanced degree preferred
