We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a passion for improving clinical operations within healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and oversee the implementation of clinical information systems and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of new clinical programs
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators to track program effectiveness
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical operations team members
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinical workflows
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in clinical operations management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical operations management or healthcare IT
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
