Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Clinical Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical operations within our retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives to improve the overall quality of patient care
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for clinical operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations management
- Strong understanding of retail healthcare operations
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing clinical programs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
