We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation team, including overseeing payroll processing, bonus calculations, and employee benefits administration
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive and attractive to top talent
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation reporting and budgeting
- Lead the annual salary review process, including performance evaluations and merit increase recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
