We are seeking a talented and experienced Compensation Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation team, including overseeing salary benchmarking, bonus programs, and equity incentives
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Lead the annual salary review process and provide guidance to managers on salary decisions
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to HR business partners on compensation-related matters
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
