We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, as well as experience in the aerospace and defense sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of compensation and benefits
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of compensation programs with business goals
- Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
- Manage and mentor a team of compensation professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry preferred
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
