We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team in Al Ain within the Consumer Goods industry. As a Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and monitoring children at all times to ensure their safety
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Providing basic care for children, such as feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with personal hygiene
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborating with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all children
- Following all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
