We are seeking a talented and experienced Cartographer to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. As a Cartographer, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate maps and visual representations of our properties and surrounding areas. You will work closely with our Real Estate agents, developers, and marketing team to provide essential mapping data for property listings, development projects, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze geographic data from various sources such as aerial photographs, surveys, and satellite imagery
- Create detailed maps, charts, and visual representations using GIS software and other mapping tools
- Update and maintain existing maps and databases to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with Real Estate agents and developers to provide mapping support for property listings and development projects
- Conduct spatial analysis and research to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the Real Estate market
- Present mapping data and analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in mapping technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Cartography, GIS, or related field
- [X] years of experience in Cartography or GIS mapping
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or MapInfo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in mapping data
- Knowledge of Real Estate industry trends and market analysis
